  • We ask you to present yourself at the embarkation point with 20 minutes before departure time. To ensure everyone's time and the quality of the tour, passengers arriving later than the indicated time will unfortunately be considered no-show. This is a small measure necessary to ensure a punctual departure and the utmost consideration for the other participants.

  • The experience will only take place in the presence of favourable weather conditions. If we have to cancel due to bad weather, you can safely choose to reschedule for another date or receive a full refund without penalty

  • Please note that the experience will take place when a minimum number of passengers is reached. Should the group not complete, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative date or a full refund.
